KA URUORA HOMES
Together with our Whānau Impact Partner Ka Uruora, The Partnership is delivering 70 high-quality homes for whānau, available as either affordable rentals or as shared homeownership opportunities. The first 15 homes are nearly complete (Collection 1: Te Awhi Rito), and the rest will be completed before the end of June 2027 - including 21 homes in Collection 3: Te Rau Tūpuna which is currently undergoing consenting.

Development Partner TW Property is developing a significant number of homes within Te Rito, available to community for purchase. Siteworks have already started on Collection 2: Te Muka and TW Property is now welcoming registrations of interest.
